Fun Events on Saturday 5/27

Cycle Werks is organizing an exciting Brick & Breakfast ride to celebrate the end of Bike Month. Join fellow cyclists at 8am at the National Museum of the Great Lakes downtown for a scenic 15-mile bike loop around downtown Toledo. Then enjoy a delicious breakfast to recharge your energy.

Later in the day from 11am to 2pm, Metroparks Toledo is hosting an End of Bike Month Party, featuring free food, lively music, and a variety of biking activities. 

Bike Month Events for Kids

To promote youth cycling, CycleWerks is hosting two events in the Northwest Ohio area this month. The first event on May 13th is a lesson on bike skills and safety, followed by a ride through the park to test the participants' newly acquired knowledge. Then, on May 18th, there will be a bike rodeo, where the kids can test their knowledge and agility on an obstacle course.

TMACOG and many other local organizations, including MVA, celebrate Bike Month each May to support recreational bicycle riders and work to encourage the use of bikes for commuting and errands. Bike The Belt: Scavenger Hunt

Get ready for a month-long biking adventure in Toledo! To celebrate Bike Month, the Commuter Project is hosting a cyclist scavenger hunt. This fun and interactive event is the perfect opportunity to explore Toledo while promoting the health benefits of cycling. Participants can find and scan QR codes at various locations around the city to win prizes. So dust off your bike, put on your helmet, and join the biking community this May.
